Flexcell memory foam mattresses and toppers incorporate open celled temperature responsive visco-elastic memory foam and are manufactured in the UK by Breasley Foam using British Vita foam. The mattress foam core is guaranteed for 5 years and has a removable cover for ease of cleaning. All memory foam goods comply with BS7177 fire regulations.

DELIVERY
Each Flexcell mattress or topper is made to order. This is a reasonably quick process and you will be in receipt of your goods within 7 - 10 days from date of ordering.

Once a delivery date has been agreed your goods will be delivered to your door by courier. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a timed delivery. Goods will not be left at any unattended premises as they must be signed for at the specified delivery address and cannot be left with unauthorised third parties without prior arrangement. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery the goods will be returned to the nearest depot and a second attempt will be made to deliver the following day (or at the courier's discretion) if more convenient you can collect this yourself. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts it will be the customers responsibility and expense to collect the goods from the appropriate depot. If they remain uncollected the goods will be returned to our factory and a charge will be levied for a second delivery. We cannot be held directly responsible for any delays caused by our delivery couriers once goods have been despatched from our premises.

Any item delivered to you soiled or damaged will be replaced with no further cost. We can also transport to overseas destinations. Please contact us regarding deliveries outside of mainland UK

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNPACKING YOUR NEW VACUUMED ROLLED MATTRESS
• All our mattresses are delivered vacuum packed and rolled for convenience and hygiene

• Your mattress will be delivered in a vacuum packed sealed plastic wrapping that also contains an outer protective layer in order to protect the goods.

• Before removing the inner plastic packaging check the product label to ensure you have received the correct mattress!

• Visco elastic mattresses can sometimes give off an odour but do not worry as this is totally safe and will soon disappear in a well ventilated room.

• Before use fully unroll your mattress and leave in a warm room for 5-6 hours in order to allow the foam time to expand to its maximum size
